Message from the Principal

Hello Rattler Family,

I want to welcome you all to The School District of Osceola County’s newest high school, Nova Lakes. I am humbled at the opportunity to serve as principal of Nova Lakes High School. NLHS will be the “AAA” experience for students and families with Academics, Arts, and Athletics sharing an equal focus.

NLHS faculty and staff are dedicated in connecting the school to the community by serving and creating a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for all. Together, we will be the first to walk the halls and create long lasting traditions and school spirit, that will make NLHS a unique place for students to learn and grow.

Recently, as a school community, we came together and created our core values through the school's vision and mission statements.

Our Vision: The Nova Lakes Community of staff, students, and families will encourage and inspire individual excellence for all; fostering dynamic, resilient leaders who adapt with confidence and integrity in a world of constant change.

Our Mission is to create a safe and rigorous learning environment that cultivates excellence in academics, the arts, and athletics. We will provide all students with the tools and opportunities needed to grow and positively impact their community.

As the principal, I look forward to building a foundation of success for our students as we collectively work to keep our school a safe and fun environment for our students and community.  Please enjoy your summer, relax, and of course be safe.
