The Guidance Department plays a vital role in supporting students’ academic achievement, personal growth, and future success. Our team provides a comprehensive program designed to help students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to reach their full potential both in school and beyond graduation.

We assist students with academic planning, including course selection, graduation requirements, and goal setting. Counselors monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students remain on track for academic success.

The department also provides social and emotional support through individual counseling, group sessions, and crisis intervention when needed. We help students develop healthy coping skills, build positive relationships, and navigate challenges that may impact their well-being or academic performance.

College and career readiness is a major focus of our work. We guide students through postsecondary planning, including college applications, scholarship opportunities, career exploration, resume development, and workforce preparation. We also provide information about vocational programs, technical training, military pathways, and other career options.

In addition, the Guidance Department connects students and families with school and community resources that support personal development, mental health, and academic success. We work closely with parents and guardians to ensure students receive the support they need throughout their high school journey.
