Coach Alex Dionisi.

Head JV Coach

I am the Owner of Athletes Above Everything and the Director of the BigHitsMafia 7v7 & Flag Program. I am a football program builder and leader focused on developing athletes, building leaders, and creating opportunities for players to grow both on and off the field.

Through Athletes Above Everything and BigHitsMafia, I have worked with athletes across multiple age groups, focusing on player development, accountability, discipline, and preparing athletes for the next level. My goal has always been to build a strong foundation where athletes can improve their skills while learning the importance of teamwork, commitment, and character.

I hold a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University. My background in leadership, business, and technology has helped shape my approach to coaching, organization, and building successful programs.

I believe football is bigger than the game itself. It is an opportunity to build relationships, teach life lessons, and help develop the next generation of athletes and leaders.

Building athletes. Building leaders

Coach Osayimwense “Coach O”.

Defensive Backs

I played my high school ball at Franklin High School in Elk Grove, which is just south of Sacramento. I played Juco ball at Sacramento City College as a free safety for 2 seasons, before transferring to UND (University of North Dakota - D1) for a season. I then transferred to University of Minnesota at Crookston which gave me experience at the D2 level as well. I played CB for both of those stints.

After playing, I’ve assisted other coaches and trainers on 7on7 teams in the spring, and trained young defensive backs on coverage concepts, along with playing football with a defensive mentality as a whole. My passion for the game and willingness to be a student of it  pretty much took over me from when I began playing and I’ve been interested in being back around the game if and when the opportunity presented itself.

I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute to the program, help develop student-athletes, and bring a strong work ethic and commitment to the team.
